Wafer Sheet Conditioning Machine
One of the most important factors in producing the perfect wafer is the moisture balance in the wafer. The conditioning tunnel is used to control the humidity of the wafer sheets in order to keep the moisture balance of the wafer to be covered with chocolate evenly. Modification on the conditioning tunnel can be made depending on the product to be processed and customer request. Conditioning time takes in the range of 20-25 minutes depending on the product. It can be increased up to 55 sheets/minute as modules depending on the capacity of the wafer baking oven. Thanks to the ergonomic cover design, machine cleaning and maintenance can be done very easily.
All materials used on the machine are suitable for contact with food. Thanks to its design in accordance with Industry 4.0, it provides the opportunity to control data such as capacity, energy, efficiency, maintenance in the same place.
