Wafer Sheet Cooling Systems are used to naturally cool the baked wafer sheets coming out of the oven at ambient temperature, to relieve the stress caused by heating, to sort out the unfit plates, and to stock the plates. Automatic cream spreading machines form a wafer block by spreading cream on baked wafer sheets to produce the required number of layers. Wafer blocks are produced by layering at least two wafer sheets with one layer of cream and up to six wafer sheets with five layers of cream.The system allows you to use a single color of cream or two colors of cream. On request, the double-color cream can be adjusted to spread different creams on each wafer sheet. The system's unique design prevents the two different creams from mixing.
